I am anti dairy and anti animal cruelty. I believe you can make delicious food without harming animals. It seems that more and more so called vegan businesses are adding animal products to their menus in the name of needing to make more money. I will never ever add animal products to the menu. Personally I would rather lose my business if it came down to that.

I will be transparent about the ingredients I use. I always make sure the ingredients I use are vegan down to the smallest details, including the sugar (no bone char), sprinkles (no carmine or confectioner's glaze), and cereal (no vitamin b from animals).

Please note that I do use Oreos and other cookies that may or may not have vegan sugar.
